What is CorpFit?
CorpFit is a corporate wellness platform that helps companies run fitness challenges for their employees. It combines step tracking, guided home workouts, nutrition logging, weekly check-ins, company events, leaderboards, and a team Challenge Wall.
How do I sign in?
Enter your work email and we'll email you a 6-digit one-time code — there's no password to create or remember. Your employer must have CorpFit set up, and your email domain is what links you to your company. The first time you sign in, you'll complete a short profile, nutrition setup, and a brief health-readiness questionnaire.
How does step tracking work?
With your permission, CorpFit reads your step count only from Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Health Connect (Android). Steps sync when you open the app or pull down to refresh. You earn points based on your steps and your challenge's settings. We don't read any other health data.
Is CorpFit free for me?
Yes. CorpFit is sponsored by your employer and provided to you at no cost. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases for employees.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email support@superhuman.run to request deletion (we respond within 30 days). See the Account Deletion section below for details.

Account Deletion

How do I request that my CorpFit account be deleted?

In the app (fastest): go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account and confirm. Your CorpFit account and associated data are permanently deleted and you are signed out immediately.

By email: you can also email support@superhuman.run from the email address associated with your account to request deletion. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

We may retain limited information where required to meet a legal obligation. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use CorpFit.

What data is deleted when I delete my account?

When your CorpFit account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account & profile information — your name, email address, gender, and profile settings
  • Health data — daily step counts synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect
  • Body measurements — all weekly check-in data including weight, waist, and hip measurements (baseline and historical)
  • Challenge data — challenge enrollment records, points earned, leaderboard rankings, and rank history
  • Workout data — all workout session logs, exercise completion records, and workout history
  • Nutrition data — meals logged, daily nutrition logs, and saved meals
  • Daily compliance logs — all daily activity logs, compliance percentages, and day status records
  • Challenge Wall content — your posts, photos, and reactions
  • Event attendance records — all corporate event attendance history
  • Push notification tokens — device tokens and notification preferences
  • Authentication data — your sign-in record and one-time-code history
Is any data retained after account deletion?

We remove your personal data when we process your deletion request. We may retain limited information where required to meet a legal obligation.

Aggregated, anonymized company-level analytics (for example, average participation rates across the organization) may persist, but these contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including challenge progress, points, measurements, health data, and workout history — will be permanently lost. If your company starts a new challenge in the future, you would sign in again and start fresh.
