1 Getting Started
What is CorpFit?â–¼
CorpFit is a corporate wellness platform that helps companies run fitness challenges for their employees. It combines home workouts, step tracking, nutrition guidance, corporate events, and gamification to keep you motivated and accountable throughout your wellness journey.
How do I sign up for CorpFit?â–¼
You don't need to create an account manually. Your company administrator will invite you using your corporate email address. Simply download the app, enter your corporate email, and you'll receive a one-time verification code (OTP) to log in. No password required!
What is an OTP and why do I need it?â–¼
OTP stands for One-Time Password. It's a 6-digit code sent to your corporate email each time you log in. This passwordless system is more secure and convenient – you never have to remember or reset a password.
I didn't receive my OTP code. What should I do?â–¼
If you haven't received your OTP within a few minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered your corporate email correctly
- Wait at least 2 minutes before requesting a new code
- Contact your IT department to ensure emails from CorpFit are not blocked
- If the issue persists, contact support
What information do I need to provide during profile setup?â–¼
During initial setup, you'll provide your name, gender (for personalized workout recommendations), and optionally connect your health app (Apple Health or Google Fit) for automatic step tracking.
Can I use CorpFit without connecting a health app?â–¼
Yes, but connecting your health app (Apple Health on iPhone or Google Fit/Health Connect on Android) enables automatic step tracking. Without it, your daily steps won't count towards your challenge points.
2 Challenges
What is a challenge?â–¼
A challenge is a structured wellness program created by your company. It has a set duration (e.g., 30 or 60 days) and may include various modules like daily steps, workouts, nutrition plans, events, and weekly check-ins. Completing activities earns you points!
How do I join a challenge?â–¼
You're automatically enrolled in your company's active challenge when you log in. There's no manual signup required – your company administrator handles challenge assignments.
Can I participate in multiple challenges at once?â–¼
Currently, you can only be enrolled in one active challenge at a time. Once your current challenge ends, you may be enrolled in a new one.
What happens when a challenge ends?â–¼
When a challenge ends, final rankings are calculated, and you can view your completion statistics. Your company may start a new challenge, in which case you'll be automatically enrolled again.
What is the Compliance Map?â–¼
The Compliance Map is a visual calendar on your home screen showing your daily progress throughout the challenge. Each day is marked as complete (green), partial (yellow), missed (red), or future (gray). It helps you track your consistency at a glance.
3 Steps & Health Tracking
How does step tracking work?â–¼
CorpFit reads your step count from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect/Google Fit (Android). Steps are synced automatically when you open the app. You earn points based on your daily step count and your challenge's configured step goal.
How do I connect Apple Health or Google Fit?â–¼
During profile setup, you'll be prompted to connect your health app:
- On iPhone: Tap 'Connect Apple Health' and approve the permissions
- On Android: Tap 'Connect Health App' and approve Health Connect permissions
My steps aren't syncing. What should I do?â–¼
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Pull down on the home screen to refresh
- Check that health permissions are enabled in your phone's Settings
- Make sure you've walked with your phone (steps are recorded by your device)
- On iPhone: Settings > Privacy > Health > CorpFit > ensure 'Steps' is enabled
- On Android: Settings > Apps > Health Connect > CorpFit > ensure permissions granted
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting in Profile > Health & Data
How are step points calculated?â–¼
Your challenge has a 'steps per point' setting (e.g., 100 steps = 1 point). Points are calculated proportionally – if you walk 5,000 steps with a rate of 100 steps per point, you earn 50 points. There may also be a daily step goal for full compliance.
Do I need to reach my step goal every day?â–¼
You earn points for every step you take, even if you don't reach the daily goal. However, reaching your full daily step goal marks that requirement as 'complete' on your Compliance Map and may earn you maximum daily step points.
4 Workouts
What types of workouts are available?â–¼
CorpFit features timed home workouts that require no equipment. Each workout consists of multiple exercises with video demonstrations. Workouts are assigned by your administrator and may change throughout your challenge based on the schedule.
How do I start a workout?â–¼
To start a workout:
- Tap 'Workouts' in the bottom navigation
- View today's assigned workout in the Workout Hub
- Tap 'Start Workout' to begin
- Follow along with the exercise videos and timers
What are the two timers during workouts?â–¼
During workouts, you'll see two timers: (1) Exercise Timer – counts down the duration of the current exercise, and (2) Total Workout Timer – shows elapsed time for the entire workout. Both help you stay on track.
Can I pause a workout?â–¼
Yes! Tap the pause button at any time to pause your workout. The timers will stop until you resume. If you need to end early, you can tap 'End Workout' but you won't earn points for incomplete workouts.
Do I need to complete the entire workout to earn points?â–¼
Yes, you must complete all exercises in a workout to earn points. Partial completions do not award points. This ensures accountability and encourages you to finish what you start!
What if my workout is marked as a 'Rest Day'?â–¼
Some days may be designated as rest days by your administrator. On rest days, there's no workout requirement, and the workout module won't affect your daily compliance.
How many points do I earn per workout?â–¼
Each workout has its own point value set by your administrator. You'll see the points available before starting the workout. Points are awarded immediately upon completion.
5 Nutrition
How does the nutrition module work?â–¼
The nutrition module displays a PDF meal plan for your challenge. You can view the meal plan anytime and confirm that you followed it at the end of the day to earn points.
How do I view my meal plan?â–¼
Tap 'Nutrition' in the bottom navigation to open the 'Fuel for Today' screen. Your meal plan PDF will load automatically. You can scroll through the pages to view all meals and recipes.
When can I confirm I followed the nutrition plan?â–¼
The 'I Followed the Plan' button becomes available after 6:00 PM. This ensures you've had the full day to follow your nutrition plan before confirming. Once confirmed, you earn your nutrition points for the day.
Can I confirm my nutrition plan multiple times?â–¼
No, you can only confirm once per day. Once confirmed, the button will show 'Plan Followed ✓ Points Earned' and you cannot undo this action.
The meal plan PDF isn't loading. What should I do?â–¼
Try tapping the refresh button in the top-right corner of the Nutrition screen. This will re-download the PDF. If it still doesn't load, check your internet connection and try again.
6 Weekly Check-In
What is the weekly check-in?â–¼
The weekly check-in is where you record your biometric measurements: weight, waist circumference, and hip circumference. This helps track your physical progress throughout the challenge and earns you bonus points for improvements.
When do I need to complete my check-in?â–¼
Check-in is required on a specific day each week (set by your administrator, e.g., Sunday or Monday). You'll be notified when check-in is due. On check-in day, you must submit your measurements before accessing other features.
Why is my dashboard locked?â–¼
If it's check-in day and you haven't submitted your weekly measurements, the app locks access to workouts, nutrition, and events until you complete your check-in. This ensures accountability and consistent tracking.
What is the baseline measurement?â–¼
When you first join a challenge, you'll submit baseline measurements (your starting weight, waist, and hip). This establishes your starting point for tracking progress and calculating bonus points.
How are check-in bonus points calculated?â–¼
You earn bonus points for improvements from your previous week:
- Weight loss: 100 points for every 1% of body weight lost
- Waist reduction: 100 points for every 1 cm lost
- Hip reduction: 100 points for every 1 cm lost
Can I update my check-in after submitting?â–¼
Yes, on check-in day you can update your measurements if you made a mistake. The points will be recalculated based on your updated measurements.
7 Corporate Events
What are corporate events?â–¼
Events are company-organized activities like wellness workshops, team walks, health seminars, or fitness classes. Attending events earns you points and contributes to your challenge progress.
How do I view upcoming events?â–¼
Tap 'Events' in the bottom navigation to see the Events Hub. Events are organized into tabs: Today (events happening now), Upcoming (future events), and Past (events that have ended).
How do I mark attendance for an event?â–¼
During an event's scheduled time window, a 'Mark Attendance' button will appear on the event card. Tap it to confirm your attendance and earn points. You can only mark attendance during the event's active time.
What if I miss an event?â–¼
If you don't mark attendance during an event's time window, it will appear as 'Missed' in your Past events. You cannot retroactively mark attendance for missed events.
Can I attend multiple events on the same day?â–¼
Yes! Multiple events can be scheduled on the same day, and you can attend as many as you'd like. Each event has its own point value.
8 Leaderboard
How does the leaderboard work?â–¼
The leaderboard ranks all participants in your challenge by total points earned. Rankings update in real-time as you and your colleagues earn points from steps, workouts, nutrition, check-ins, and events.
What's the difference between Department and Company leaderboards?â–¼
The Department leaderboard shows rankings only among colleagues in your department. The Company leaderboard shows rankings across your entire organization. Toggle between them using the tabs at the top.
What does 'Falling Behind' mean?â–¼
If you're in the bottom 20% of your department's leaderboard, you'll see a 'Falling Behind' warning. This is a friendly nudge to increase your activity and earn more points!
How often does the leaderboard update?â–¼
The leaderboard updates in real-time whenever you earn points. Pull down on the leaderboard screen to refresh and see the latest rankings.
What do the rank change arrows mean?â–¼
Green up arrows (↑) show you've moved up in rank compared to yesterday. Red down arrows (↓) show you've dropped. This helps you track your competitive progress day-to-day.
9 Points System
How do I earn points?â–¼
You can earn points through multiple activities:
- Steps: Points based on daily step count
- Workouts: Complete your daily workout
- Nutrition: Confirm you followed the meal plan (after 6 PM)
- Check-in: Submit weekly measurements + bonus for improvements
- Events: Mark attendance at corporate events
Are all points equal?â–¼
No, different activities have different point values set by your administrator. For example, completing a workout might earn 200 points while confirming nutrition might earn 50 points. The point values are displayed before each activity.
Where can I see my total points?â–¼
Your total points are displayed on the home screen at the top, along with your current rank. You can also see your points on the leaderboard.
Do points expire?â–¼
Points earned during a challenge remain throughout that challenge. When a challenge ends, the points are final and used to determine the final rankings.

How do I delete my account?â–¼

Is my data secure?â–¼
Yes, CorpFit takes data security seriously. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored securely in the cloud, and health data is only used for tracking your challenge progress. We never sell your data to third parties.
What health data does CorpFit access?â–¼
CorpFit only reads your step count from Apple Health or Google Health Connect. We do not access other health metrics like heart rate, sleep data, medical records, or other sensitive information.
