Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the CorpFit app and services.

These Terms explain the rules for using CorpFit. They are written in plain English; please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or using the CorpFit app ("App") and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Prime Vitality Consultancy FZ-LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of CorpFit. They apply whenever you access or use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of, or through, your employer, you also confirm that you are permitted to do so.

2. The Service

CorpFit is a corporate wellness platform that helps employees build healthy habits through step tracking, guided workouts, nutrition logging, weekly check-ins, company events, leaderboards, and a team Challenge Wall.

  • Modular features: features are organised into modules that your company can switch on or off for each challenge, so what you see in the App may vary.
  • Provided through your employer: your access is sponsored by your employer (your "Sponsor") and is provided to you at no cost.
  • Personal use: the Services are for your personal, non-commercial wellness use only.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

  • Age: you must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • Company eligibility: you join using your work email. Access depends on your email domain matching a participating company.
  • Passwordless sign-in: there are no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email and device secure — you are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
  • Accurate information: please keep one account per person and provide accurate profile information.

4. Employer Sponsorship & Access

  • Sponsored access: your employer provides CorpFit to you as part of a workplace wellness programme, at no cost to you.
  • Tied to eligibility: your access depends on your continued eligibility — namely your relationship with the Sponsor and the Sponsor's active agreement with us.
  • When access ends: if you leave the Sponsor, or the Sponsor's agreement with us ends or lapses, your access may be suspended or ended. We will handle any remaining data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Safety

CorpFit is not a medical service

CorpFit is a wellness and lifestyle platform, not a healthcare provider or a medical device. The information and insights we provide are for general wellness purposes only, are not medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Consult your doctor before starting any new fitness programme, especially if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions.
  • Emergency: if you experience dizziness, faintness, chest pain, or shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek medical help.

6. Physical Activity Readiness (PAR-Q)

Mandatory health check

Before you use the workout features, you complete a short Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) during onboarding. You agree to answer it truthfully.

If your health status changes (for example, you develop a heart condition or undergo surgery), you agree to stop using the exercise features immediately and consult a physician. Answering untruthfully may affect the protections you would otherwise have under these Terms.

7. Assumption of Risk

You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, ranging from minor strains to serious conditions.

  • Voluntary participation: your use of the App and participation in any workouts are entirely voluntary.
  • Release of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, you voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with your use of the Services. You release Prime Vitality Consultancy FZ-LLC and your Sponsor from any liability for injury, death, or property damage resulting from your use of the App, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence.

8. Acceptable Use & Community Standards

Some features are shared with other participants in your company challenge. Your Challenge Wall posts, photos, and reactions, and your name and rank on leaderboards, are visible to colleagues in your company and department. Please use the Services respectfully.

You agree not to:

  • Post abusive, harassing, discriminatory, illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
  • Post content you do not have the right to share, or impersonate or invade the privacy of others.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Services.
  • Share your account access with others, or use the Services for commercial solicitation or spam.

Our rights: we and the platform operator may review, moderate, remove, or hide content, and may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

9. Fair Play & Points Integrity

Points, compliance, and leaderboard rankings rely on honest data. You agree not to manipulate your step count, fabricate logs, or otherwise game points or leaderboards.

Manipulating steps or gaming points or leaderboards may lead to removal of points or suspension of your account.

10. Your Content & Licence

You keep ownership of the content you create — Challenge Wall posts, photos, and food details you submit to the catalogue. By submitting content, you:

  • grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Services in order to operate features such as the Challenge Wall and the food catalogue;
  • confirm that you have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights;
  • acknowledge that food details you submit to the catalogue may be reviewed and, once verified, may become visible to other users.

You are responsible for the content you post.

11. Service Availability & Changes

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features are modular and may be added, changed, disabled, or removed by your company or by us, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services.

12. Communications

By using the Services, you agree to receive operational messages and reminders, such as challenge reminders and push notifications. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal and health data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

What your employer sees

Your employer does not have direct access to the platform. Companies receive only aggregated participation and wellness reporting. We do not share your individual health metrics, check-in measurements, or food logs with your employer.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, code, and designs in the App are the property of Prime Vitality Consultancy FZ-LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal wellness. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any part of the App. This does not affect ownership of your own content, which is covered in Section 10.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or where necessary to protect the Services or other users. Your access may also end when your employer sponsorship or eligibility ends (see Section 4).

You may stop using the Services at any time. You can delete your account in the app via Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account, or request deletion by emailing support@superhuman.run.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
  • Disputes: any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) (Small Claims Tribunal for claims under AED 500,000), or the Courts of Ras Al Khaimah, at the Company's discretion.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. We will notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
