Frequently Asked Questions

1. Getting started

Download the CorpFit app, enter your work email, and we email you a 6-digit one-time code. Enter the code to sign in — there is no password to create or remember.

The first time you sign in, you complete a short setup: your profile (name, height, department; date of birth and gender are optional), your nutrition goal and activity level, and a brief health-readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q).

CorpFit is provided through your employer. Your work email's domain is how we connect you to your company and enrol you in its challenge. If your email domain isn't recognised as a participating company, there's no way to sign in — check with your employer that CorpFit is set up for your organisation.

Your baseline check-in is your first weekly check-in, where you record your starting weight, waist, and hip measurements. It sets the starting point for tracking your progress and unlocks the Workouts and Nutrition features.

Your baseline can't be changed after you submit it, so take your measurements carefully.

2. Challenge & points

You earn points from the activities your company has switched on for the challenge:

  • Steps — points in proportion to your step count (a set number of steps per point).
  • Workouts — points for completing the day's workout.
  • Nutrition — points for logging and confirming your day in Fuel.
  • Weekly check-in — base points for checking in, plus bonuses for progress in weight, waist, and hip.
  • Events — points for marking attendance at a company event.

The exact values are set by your company per challenge, and all points are calculated on our servers.

The leaderboard ranks participants by total points. You can switch between your Department and your whole Company. Your name and rank are visible to colleagues within your company and department. If you fall into the bottom 20%, you'll see a "Falling Behind" nudge to encourage you. Rankings refresh as you earn points and in a daily update.

The compliance map is a calendar on your home screen showing every day of the challenge. Each day is marked complete, partial, or missed based on whether you met that day's requirements (only the modules your company enabled count). It's a quick way to see your consistency at a glance.

3. Steps & workouts

With your permission, CorpFit reads your step count only from Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Health Connect (Android). Steps sync when you open the app or pull down to refresh on the home screen. You earn points based on your steps and your challenge's steps-per-point setting. We don't read any other health data.

Try the following:

  • Pull down on the home screen to refresh.
  • Make sure you walked with your phone — steps come from your device's health data.
  • Check the health permission is granted: on iPhone, Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > CorpFit; on Android, check CorpFit's access in Health Connect.
  • Disconnect and reconnect your health app in Profile > Health & Data.

Note: step tracking isn't available on iPad.

You simply don't earn that day's workout points, and the day shows as missed on your compliance map — there's no penalty beyond that. To earn workout points you need to complete all the exercises without skipping and slide to confirm at the end; ending early or losing connection during a session means no points for it. Rest days don't require a workout.

4. Nutrition (Fuel)

Open Fuel and tap a meal slot (for example Meal 1, Meal 2, or a Snack). Add food by searching the catalogue, scanning a barcode, choosing a recommended recipe, or reusing a saved meal. Pick the quantity and the app shows the calories and macros for that slot in real time.

Once you've logged at least one item, tap Confirm Today's Nutrition to lock your day and earn your nutrition points. After you confirm, your meals are locked until the next day, so confirm only when you're done logging.

Inside a meal slot, tap Scan and point your camera at a product barcode. If we find it in the catalogue, you pick the quantity and add it. If it's not found, you can submit the product's details from its label to help build the catalogue. The camera is only used while you're actively scanning.

The food catalogue draws on the Open Food Facts and USDA databases, plus curated entries. Items submitted by users may become visible to others once they've been verified.

Your daily calorie target is calculated from your profile (height, and date of birth and gender if provided) together with your goal and activity level. It updates whenever you change your goal, activity level, or profile, and at each weekly check-in (which also updates your weight).

5. Privacy & account

Within your company challenge, colleagues can see your Challenge Wall posts, photos, and reactions, and your name and rank on leaderboards. Your employer does not have direct access to the platform — companies receive only aggregated participation and wellness reporting. We do not share your individual health metrics, check-in measurements, or food logs with your employer. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Yes. CorpFit is sponsored by your employer and provided to you at no cost. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases for employees.

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and associated data, and signs you out.

You can also email support@superhuman.run from your account email to request deletion; we respond to valid requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You can read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service anytime.
